Life updates
Team member pages
Notes from the people around ETC., still loose enough to change as everyone keeps doing interesting things.
Nathan Joseph
Maryland / West Palm Beach, FL - Founder, Creative Director
Studying theology and exercise science simultaneously, which means he is either confused or having his daily epiphany. Built ETC. because he likes making cool stuff with his friends. Very into natural health - do NOT ask him about unpasteurized dairy products.
Philip Pacific
Dallas-Fort Worth, TX - Events Director
Plays collegiate soccer at the University of Dallas, which means he approaches logistics the same way he approaches a midfield press - with a plan, and then a backup plan, and then a calm face when neither plan works. Runs the ETC Throw Series. Known for introducing the entire ETC. team to the phrase "tweaking a bean." Thanks, Philip.
Jacob Waugh
Ohio - Team
Still holds an uncontested monopoly on injection tricks, a fact that no one has successfully disputed and several people have unsuccessfully tried to dispute. Can chop six pounds of eggplant faster than most people can find a knife. From Ohio, which he has survived.
Gerald Carboneau
Massachusetts - Team
Better known as Jerry. Works at YoYoExpert, which means he is professionally surrounded by yo-yos, which he seems fine with. Has a tee named after him in the ETC goods catalog - a distinction that places him above several historical figures in terms of commercial legacy.
Adam Criser
Ohio - Team
Adam recently produced ETC.'s entire cologne line by hand in a self-constructed lab - a process that was equal parts artisan perfumery and Breaking Bad. It smells incredible. He is going to be an excellent dentist and we are very proud of him.
Ian Tenney
Arizona - Team
From Arizona. (More coming once Ian says something notable, which, knowing Ian, shouldn't be long.)
Owen Titus
Texas - Team
Owen runs a really sick ministry where he takes homeless people to lunch and listens to them talk about their lives - not as a program, not as a project, just as a person who has time and thinks other people are worth it.
Drew Buscemi
New York - Team
Has crazy swag. This is not marketing language. This is a factual assessment from multiple independent observers. From New York, which explains some of it. Is not, as far as we know, related to Steve, but the question has been asked enough times that it seems important to address. No further comment.
